Heat oven to 200°C and line a sheet pan with foil. Spray it lightly with oil.

In a big bowl, fold ground beef, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper together without mixing too much.

Press the meat mix evenly onto the lined pan into one flat layer.

Put it in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until it hits 70°C inside.

While the meat bakes, stir mayo and ketchup in a small bowl.

Take the pan out and carefully pour off any extra grease.

Lay cheddar slices on the cooked beef and bake 2-3 mins more until melted.

Let the beef rest a bit then cut into 12 even pieces to match the buns.

Put beef chunks on the buns. Add some sauce, shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles on top.

Eat right away while it’s still warm.
