Spicy Chipotle Mayo Spread (Print Version)

A creamy, smoky spread made with chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, and lime juice that adds a spicy kick to any dish.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
02 - 2 tablespoons sour cream
03 - 2-3 canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
04 - 1 tablespoon adobo sauce from canned peppers
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
06 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic

# Steps:

01 - Place all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
02 - Using an immersion blender on low speed, pulse a few times until the mixture is smooth, or adjust to your preferred consistency. Ensure the blender is submerged before turning it on to prevent splashing.
03 - Let the mayonnaise mixture rest for one hour before serving for optimal flavor.

# Notes:

01 - If concerned about heat level, start with one or two peppers and taste the mixture before adding more.
02 - If an immersion blender is unavailable, substitute with a blender, food processor, or finely chop peppers by hand and stir manually.
