Chilled pasta tossed in a tangy sesame sauce, with peanuts and fresh cilantro for crunch and zing. Great for parties.

# Ingredients:

→ Garnishes

01 - 120 milliliters honey roasted peanuts
02 - 120 milliliters sliced green onion
03 - 120 milliliters chopped fresh cilantro

→ Dressing

04 - 80 milliliters sesame oil
05 - 60 milliliters honey
06 - 60 milliliters soy sauce
07 - 30 milliliters vegetable oil
08 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
09 - 1 to 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes

→ Pasta

10 - 340 grams bowtie pasta

# Steps:

01 - Right before you eat, toss in those fresh cilantro bits, green onions, and crunchy honey peanuts. Mix gently. Dish it up cold and enjoy.
02 - Pop a tight cover on your bowl with some plastic wrap. Chill it in the fridge for at least four hours or overnight so those flavors really come together.
03 - Once your pasta's drained, pour the warm, sweet’n’salty dressing over it all. Give everything a good mix so every bowtie gets coated.
04 - Take your saucepan off the heat. Pour in honey, soy sauce, and a bit of salt. Whisk it up until it comes together nice and smooth.
05 - Set a saucepan on medium heat. Pour in your sesame oil and veggie oil. Sprinkle in those pepper flakes and stir for around two minutes—careful not to burn anything.
06 - Get a big pot of salty water boiling. Drop in your bowtie noodles and cook as the box says. Once they're ready, drain them well and dump them in a big mixing bowl.

# Notes:

01 - Letting the salad hang out in the fridge for a few hours amps up every flavor. Chopped nuts and fresh herbs give it that extra crunch and pop of aroma.
