Melt the rest of the butter into the mushrooms until they look shiny and rich.

Throw in the minced garlic and the spice mix you made. Stir it around and cook for a minute or two until you can smell it.

Pour the Worcestershire and soy sauce in. Mix well and let it cook for a few minutes so the sauce thickens and the flavor gets stronger.

Top the mushrooms with chopped fresh chives just before you serve for a nice pop of color and fresh taste.

Warm up your skillet on medium heat. Add olive oil and half the butter to melt together.

If you’re using the browning sauce, stir it in now and let it cook another minute or two to add some color and extra flavor.

Put the mushrooms in your pan. Sprinkle with kosher salt and don’t stir for about 3 minutes so they get a nice brown crust.

Use a damp cloth to clean the mushrooms and cut off any dry parts on the stems.

Combine the paprika, onion powder, oregano, tarragon, black pepper, and chili powder in a small bowl and set it aside.
