02 - 7 ml Worcestershire sauce
03 - 7 ml soy sauce

→ Seasonings and Aromatics

04 - 1 gram black pepper
05 - 3 grams paprika
06 - 1 gram chili powder
07 - 1 gram dried tarragon
08 - 3 grams onion powder
09 - 6 cloves garlic, minced
10 - 1 gram dried oregano
11 - 5 grams kosher salt

→ Fats

12 - 30 grams unsalted butter, split
13 - 15 ml olive oil

→ Veggies

14 - 450 grams mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed

→ Toppings

15 - Fresh chives, chopped for garnish

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Melt the rest of the butter into the mushrooms until they look shiny and rich.
02 - Throw in the minced garlic and the spice mix you made. Stir it around and cook for a minute or two until you can smell it.
03 - Pour the Worcestershire and soy sauce in. Mix well and let it cook for a few minutes so the sauce thickens and the flavor gets stronger.
04 - Top the mushrooms with chopped fresh chives just before you serve for a nice pop of color and fresh taste.
05 - Warm up your skillet on medium heat. Add olive oil and half the butter to melt together.
06 - If you’re using the browning sauce, stir it in now and let it cook another minute or two to add some color and extra flavor.
07 - Put the mushrooms in your pan. Sprinkle with kosher salt and don’t stir for about 3 minutes so they get a nice brown crust.
08 - Use a damp cloth to clean the mushrooms and cut off any dry parts on the stems.
09 - Combine the paprika, onion powder, oregano, tarragon, black pepper, and chili powder in a small bowl and set it aside.

# Helpful Tips:

01 - You can tweak the chili powder to make it more or less spicy. Using a mix of mushroom types will boost the flavor. Browning sauce is optional but helps with color and taste.
