Once your cream is fluffy and soft-peaked, stash it in the fridge till you need it. It’ll stay perfect over there.

Pour your peach schnapps, syrup, rum, ice, and those chopped strawberries into the blender. Flip it on high and let it run till everything’s one smooth blend.

Spoon a bit of the daiquiri blend into your glasses first, then add some chilled whipped cream on top. Repeat, swapping layers, till you run out or your glasses are full.
