Creamy Strawberry Daiquiri (Print Version)

Frosty daiquiris blend with berries and creamy layers for an easy, peach-forward sipper.

# Ingredients:

→ Whipped Cream

01 - 3 ml pure vanilla extract
02 - 32 g powdered sugar
03 - 240 ml heavy cream

→ Daiquiri

04 - 60 ml peach schnapps
05 - 90 ml simple syrup
06 - 150 ml clear rum
07 - 720 ml ice cubes
08 - 600 g strawberries, halved

# Steps:

01 - Once your cream is fluffy and soft-peaked, stash it in the fridge till you need it. It’ll stay perfect over there.
02 - Pour your peach schnapps, syrup, rum, ice, and those chopped strawberries into the blender. Flip it on high and let it run till everything’s one smooth blend.
03 - Spoon a bit of the daiquiri blend into your glasses first, then add some chilled whipped cream on top. Repeat, swapping layers, till you run out or your glasses are full.

# Notes:

01 - Want to make your own simple syrup? Just stir together the same amount of regular sugar and water, heat them until they’re clear, then let that cool off before using.
