Dole Whip Strawberry (Print Version)

A chill blend of frozen strawberries, coconut milk, pineapple, and a dash of lemon for a light, dairy-free bite.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 tablespoons (16 g) powdered sugar (or toss in more if you want it sweeter)
02 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice, squeeze it fresh
03 - 1/2 cup (120 ml) unsweetened coconut milk (any plant milk works too)
04 - 1/2 cup (120 ml) pineapple juice
05 - 2 cups (300 g) frozen strawberries

# Steps:

01 - Dole it out right away for a soft-serve treat, or if you want it a bit firmer, pop it in a freezer container and chill for half an hour.
02 - Taste as you go. If it needs a bit more sugar, blend that in until you like it.
03 - Run the blender on high until the mix turns nice and silky.
04 - Pile in the frozen berries, toss in the coconut milk, splash in the pineapple juice, and add the lemon juice. Use a strong blender.

# Notes:

01 - Frozen strawberries work best for that just-right thick texture.
02 - A splash of fresh lemon juice really boosts the bright flavor in there.
03 - If your blender's on the small side, do this in a couple of smaller rounds so nothing spills.
