# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Dry Stuff

01 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
02 - 344 grams plain flour
03 - 1 teaspoon baking powder

→ Wet Stuff

04 - 300 grams sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
06 - 227 grams softened unsalted butter
07 - 1 big egg
08 - 1/2 teaspoon almond flavor

→ Toppings

09 - Some sprinkle toppings
10 - 240 ml frosting you like

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Heat your oven to 175°C. Oil or line a 23x33 cm pan with paper to make taking the bars out easier.
02 - Whisk the flour, salt, and baking powder together in a bowl. Put it aside for now.
03 - Whip the softened butter and sugar with a mixer or hand whisk till it’s fluffy and lighter in color. This makes the bars soft.
04 - Pour in the egg, vanilla, and almond extracts into the butter mix. Stir till you get a smooth blend.
05 - Slowly fold the dry mix into the wet stuff. Stir just enough to get a soft, even dough. Don’t stir too much or it’ll get tough.
06 - Press the dough evenly into your lined pan. Smooth the top with a spatula so it’s all the same thickness.
07 - Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes till the edges look golden and the middle feels set. Let it cool down right there in the pan.
08 - Once the bars are cool, spread your frosting all over and add sprinkles on top. Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy.
