03 - Ladyfinger cookies crushed, 2 tablespoons
04 - Crushed ladyfingers for topping, 2 whole cookies

05 - 125 g mascarpone at room temp
06 - 2 tablespoons sugar
07 - 60 ml heavy cream
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
09 - 120 ml whole milk

→ Extras

10 - Ice cubes, 120 ml
11 - Cocoa powder for dusting
12 - 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
13 - Dark chocolate shavings as much as you like

01 - Start by whipping mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla until really creamy. Slowly pour in milk and coffee liqueur, keep mixing until smooth.
02 - Split the ice between two glasses. Pour the cold espresso over the ice then stir in the crushed ladyfingers so the flavor spreads.
