Tropical Pudding Fruit Salad (Print Version)

Fresh pineapple, mandarin oranges and bananas tossed with vanilla pudding mix for a quick, refreshing sweet treat.

# Ingredients:

→ Fruits

01 - 1 fresh pineapple, cored and cut into chunks
02 - 1 can (425g/15 oz) Mandarin oranges in light syrup (undrained)
03 - 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced

→ Dry Ingredients

04 - 1 box (4-serving size) sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix

# Steps:

01 - Keep the Mandarin oranges in their syrup; do not drain. Chop the pineapple and bananas into uniform bite-sized chunks.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruit pieces including the undrained Mandarin oranges.
03 - Evenly sprinkle the dry vanilla pudding mix over the fruit. Do not add milk as you would for regular pudding preparation.
04 - Stir the mixture thoroughly until all fruit pieces are evenly coated with the pudding mix. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
05 - Portion into individual servings of approximately one cup each.
