Split the mix into 4 parts and press each into a round patty.

Heat your grill or pan on medium-high and cook each side for 4 to 5 minutes until done how you like.

Drop a slice of cheddar on each patty during the last minute so it melts perfectly.

Toast the buns lightly on the grill or pan till they’re golden and crisp.

Stir together ground beef, mayo, Parmesan, green onions, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a big bowl until it’s all blended.

Stack patties on the bun bottoms. Add bacon, lettuce, tomato, and pickles on top.
