# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Tea and Spices

01 - 3 crushed cardamom pods
02 - A pinch of nutmeg (if you like)
03 - 1 cinnamon stick or half a teaspoon ground cinnamon
04 - 1 whole clove (optional)
05 - 2 black tea bags (Ceylon or Assam)
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or half a scraped vanilla bean

→ Sweeteners and Garnishes

07 - 2-3 tablespoons of honey, brown sugar, or simple syrup
08 - A cinnamon stick for topping
09 - Tapioca pearls if you want bubble tea

→ Liquids

10 - 240 ml whole milk or almond/oat milk
11 - 480 ml water

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Put water, the cinnamon stick, cardamom, clove, and nutmeg in a pot and let it come to a slow boil.
02 - Take the pot off the heat and drop in the black tea bags. Let them soak for 5 minutes so the flavor comes out.
03 - Add milk or your dairy-free choice and gently heat it without letting it boil.
