# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
02 - 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
03 - 200 grams white sugar
04 - 240 grams plain flour

05 - 180 ml whole milk
06 - 115 grams melted unsalted butter
07 - 2 big eggs

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Turn your oven on to 175 degrees C. Grease a tray or line it with parchment paper.
02 - Put flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and sugar in a big bowl. Give it a good sift to mix them well.
03 - In another bowl, beat the eggs, melted butter, and milk until smooth.
04 - Slowly stir the wet mix into the dry mix. Mix gently just till it all comes together so it doesn’t get tough.
05 - Drop spoonfuls on the tray, leaving some room as they’ll spread out when baking.
