Turn your oven on to 175 degrees C. Grease a tray or line it with parchment paper.

Put flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and sugar in a big bowl. Give it a good sift to mix them well.

In another bowl, beat the eggs, melted butter, and milk until smooth.

Slowly stir the wet mix into the dry mix. Mix gently just till it all comes together so it doesn’t get tough.

Drop spoonfuls on the tray, leaving some room as they’ll spread out when baking.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the edges look golden. Let them cool off a bit before eating.
